Headmaster Naito: “Ah! Thank you for joining me today! Why don’t we start with an introduction? Tell me about yourself.”

Headmaster Naito: “Discipline is one of our core values at Inarigetsu Academy. How would you handle a student repeatedly defying our rules?

Headmaster Naito leaned back into her chair, crossing her legs and interlocking her fingers as she looked at them."Now
what if it was one of our faculty? How would you respond?”

Headmaster Naito leans forward; a strong gaze is evident. “Just so we are clear, you are aware that Inarigetsu is a private academy, and the high status it has shall be upheld?”

The woman nodded once more, finally giving off a smile as she sat up. "Finally, why do you believe you are the right person for this position? What do you bring to the table that other applicants don’t?”
