I am currently a part of the social Team and the beta testing. I’m often checking the Discord every few days, or when I get a ping! I log on to the server every now and then to see updates and get ideas for shorts!

What kinds of services or items will your company offer?:

Our office would produce regular newspapers, maintain an online blog, and potentially host a live or pre-recorded broadcasting show for the city. These platforms would be used to report on major events, highlight community stories, and even feature interviews with key figures(commissioner?). Not only would this keep citizens informed, but it would also serve as a way to document the city’s history, ensuring that anyone who missed an event can still catch up on what happened!!

Another exciting aspect of the company would be our publishing division. We could write and release educational books for the schools to use in their curriculum, helping to enrich student learning with locally relevant content. Being able to share cooking books for players to learn how to cook cute recipes! Beyond education, we’d serve as the main publisher for the (potential??) city’s libraries, creating both fictional and non-fictional works to expand public access to literature. Additionally, our office could maintain its own library, housing not ONLY published works but also important documents and archives for lore purposes, creating a treasure trove of knowledge and history for both citizens and roleplayers alike!! I think it would be a really fun idea to have players come to the news to look for lore documents (The shrine of course, might have that type of thing already, but it would still be cool if at least SOME could be found there)

[!] IDEA that needs to be talked over with, but worth mentioning [!] Possible investigation services for Crime?

The News team wouldn’t be on either side but their own. If they get hired by crime to investigate something, depending on the situation, it could be a fun lore event or just something possible.

How will your company be unique?:

My company is unique as it's going to be one of the only ones to publish books AND news to the city. Broadcasts and papers to the people! YB Would be such a diverse company because it means you can fufill your dreams of being an office worker


Players can have a subscription they can renew at the new station (or office) and get a monthly newspaper paper to their home!

*!*This would go with an idea if we had mailboxes to homes, if anything, it gets mailed to them through there*!*

A more city area but not the shopping district, if that makes sense?

No, I do not :(

How do you intend to stay active?:
I intend on having large player interaction for reporter-type purposes! Then I would love to have talk show kind of videos

How will you pay your employees?:

A monthly quota would need to be met! 100k a month, 1 report, and the rest can be things such as selling newspapers and offering interviews to citizens! I really like the idea of offering them checks at the end of each month, putting them in their offices or hanging them for them!

How many employees will you hire, and what will their roles be?:

The idea is to have 25 total in the business, 1 Publisher, 2 higher-up,s and the normal employees and be separated based on their preference! Higher-ups will be given a 100K raise
