Adjustments and Attributes ideas for /movement

TItle of your suggestion: Adjustments and Idea for attributes affecting movement skills.

Describe your suggestion:

Currently the /movement skills are fun to use, especially Leap + Grip combination, but I do slightly question the efficiency of it being used in practical sense, such as during chases, however. That gives me an idea, what if Attributes such as Speed, Jump, and etc, have effects on these skills instead of just making general movement busted?

Ex #1: 100% Speed gives you a very small general movement buff +15% faster movement from default speed, but gives you a longer and faster rush movement skill.
Ex #2: 100% Jump does not give you jump boost, but instead, increases the charge up for leap and increasing the height that you can hop over.
Ex #3: 100% Swim gives you 15% faster swim speed in general, but a faster boost when doing splash.

This way you still get buffs from maxing out attributes, but not to a point it makes you impossible to catch by anyone with less, and it incentivizing players to get creative with the /movement plugins.

EXTRA IDEA: If possible, even roles affecting these stats, example track team members can rush even faster, swim team members can splash further, and everything else in between. (Cops can also rush more often but have less effective speed due to their equipment weight)

It would be great addition to consider as it is a unique system that we already have for progression and general character personalization.

- Is it feasible with our current assets?

Yes, we can probably apply the variable stats to specific tags.

- Is it a priority feature compared to how long it would take to make?

Nope, I would consider this a secondary balancing priority.

- Which parts of the server would be benefitted from this change?

Character Personalization.
