What kinds of services or items will your company offer?:


Araiguma Dorobōis an antique styled shop.

We will sell and offer a wide range of services and items, A few of the services are

Item Appraisal: Bring in a custom item that YOU own but don’t have lore tied to your character, and our personal Appraiser will give you that lore that will connect the item to your character's heritage or even how old an item is and to see how much an item should cost if you sell it to the shop.

Antique Auctions: As the name suggests we’ll do some regular auctions for special or going out of stock fully items!

Furniture/Item Restoration: (Purely Roleplay Based) Bring in an item that was broken! Whether its your grandma’s vase or your mothers prized fine china! We’ll fix it up, We have a whole process and a personal member who will fix the stuff up and make it like new!

The range of items can and will be around

Antique Furniture/Items (Hopefully some Japanese)

Around the Globe Relics and historical Artifacts which can include crystals and other things that can relate to antique or relics. I personally count some forms of witchcraft as a Relic to some and an Artifact due to some of the items being older than you’d think.

How will your company be unique?:


It will be unique in a way that the doors are almost always open and you are free to look inside, and usually when the doors are open, I will be around to help explain and provide some lore to certain items. If they are in need of those specific members for Item Appraisal or Furniture restoration, then I’ll do it myself since I’m gonna be training the employees on how to do that.

There will also be times where the shop will host these little talks about historical artifacts or help people find artifacts or antiques safely and how to locate what is historic and what is not.

Most of the things this shop does is gonna be purely roleplay based with different systems via possible rolling and stuff to make everything work!

Where do you plan for your building to be located?:


According to the announcement, a busy city would suit it best honestly.

Do you have a designated builder for your company’s building?:

I do not, but I do not care who gets assigned because I’ll adore it either way.​

How do you intend to stay active?:


In a way for me to stay active, I’m gonna regularly train employees and do test runs to ensure they are still capable of doing what they say if they haven’t been around for a while. I also want to regularly persist in roleplay within the shop of showing things around, talking with customers, explaining the processes of Restoration or Appraisal in case they want to do some of that in the future.

I’d also have regularly scheduled times of different events with the historical talks or even possibly having a member of the shrine or anybody to speak about the culture and help inform them about things relating to it.

How will you pay your employees?:


I’ll use either money from my pocket to pay them or use the money from the sales to pay them, It all matters based on pocket money, Sale money or etc.

How many employees will you hire, and what will their roles be?:


The different roles within the shop goes like

Item Appraiser | 2 | 5k from the customer to work on the lore and talking with me about prices, Other than that they will be paid 20k from the cashiers.

Cashiers | 10 | That depends on how much they get within sales and some of that money goes to the extra ones or goes out of my pocket.

Repairman | 2 | 10k to restore all items and furniture, As well as writing up a detailed restoration process, Maybe more depending on the detail given.

Managers | 3 | They get paid 30k to help out with training and the events.

All together that's 17 employee’s and if I need more I will hire more when that time comes.​
