Introduction
Below, you can find all the information needed to properly apply to the Yurei Jima RP Media Team. The information provided is subject to being updated and/or changed once Yurei-Jima RP announces its official release. If you are unsure or need help with applying to the team or just have some questions about the team itself, contact the Media Coordinator, @YonioTheNacho . You are also required to be within the Discord Server to apply.
What are we looking for?
We're looking for creative and inspired individuals who know how to create server assets and contribute to the artistic side of Yurei-Jima RP. This includes 3D Modellers (who work on private and public custom items, furniture, weapons, etc.), Skin-makers (in charge of creating skins for NPCs, official faction uniforms, etc.), and Artists (interested in making NPC character sprites, GUIs & menus, promotional art, stickers, etc.)
We are currently looking for:
- People interested in any of the categories listed below:
- 3D Modelling
- Skin Making / Tailoring
- Artists
- Creative minds with the ability of interpreting a reference picture to bring it to life with a style similar to that of already-existing pieces
- Individuals willing to cooperate with other media team members to create appealing art whose style is consistent across all pieces.

The Following Guidelines & Regulations are required when applying to the Media Team. Read through them thoroughly before applying for the best results.
Guidelines
Below are some recommendations that will greatly improve your chances of getting accepted. Keep them in mind and include them in your application to show us that you're interested in our team and want to help us bring the server forward!- Originality: Your application must be your own work. We will check thoroughly for traces of theft/AI use. Do not risk being blacklisted from the Team.
- Creativity: Please bring your own sense of creativity to your application! To highlight your pieces, make sure to exclude the older pieces, as they fail to portray your current artstyle
- Formatting: When writing text and dialogue, please separate them by lines. Itโs easier to read and looks far more pleasing. And preferably follow the 4-5 line paragraph rule.
- Taking on Requests: As part of the Media team, youโll be expected to take on requests from server management (furniture, faction items, etc.) or the community (private custom items). Youโre expected to complete these projects within the given deadline.
- Rewards: By finishing your assigned pieces, you will receive both Community Team points and Quota points as described below:
- For public commissions that have no funding from the community (e.g.- public furniture, faction items/uniforms, etc.), you will receive 5-15 CT points per creation, depending on the complexity of it. This is applicable to all sub-categories of the Media team.
- For private commissions or director-approved requests, you will instead receive Quota Points. These points can be redeemed for real-life currency. Usually, you will receive 1-2 Quota Points per request. Each quota point can be withdrawn for 5.00 USD. This is applicable to 3D Modellers & Artists.
- Availability: Youโre allowed to join and create for other roleplay servers and communities, but you must remain regularly active within Yurei Jima RP.
- Credits: Due to the nature of this team, we won't be able to credit your work most of the time. However, you will have the possibility to publish your work with the use of a discord command to showcase your skills.
- Right of use: Upon submitting commissions for other users or for the server, Yurei-Jima RP has full rights over said piece of media. While you can claim authorship of it, you are not allowed to use said content in other unconfirmed servers. You may, nevertheless, use the content that you made for yourself using Communinty Team points (e.g.- You can use a car you made for yourself and not for a private client).
Regulations
Below are the rules that you must comply with when applying for this community team. Failure to acknowledge them or not meeting any of these criteria will warrant an automatic removal from the team, regardless of whether your application has been accepted or not.- Criticism: You may encounter constructive criticism. @YonioTheNacho is here to help guide you and improve your media skills, so try to take feedback with optimism.
- Minimum Age: You must be over the age of 15 to apply.
- Requesting Help: If you need assistance with your application, ideas, or feedback, you can make a ticket through the Discord and request help from @YonioTheNacho.
- Style: On our Discord server, our Media Team members have published their work so you can get an idea on how our style is supposed to look like, in terms of 3D Models, Sprites, Skins, etc. Therefore, you are expected to follow a similar style to keep the consistency of our server assets.

When clicking the "Post Thread" button, you will be given the application's format automatically. However, if you lost it or wish to change its aesthetics, you may do so by copying the desired format below. Make sure you do not omit or change any of the already-existing questions.
