What kinds of services or items will your company offer?:
Kintsugi houses both a bar and a nightclub, offering VIP services to their upmost valued patrons. This will range from your normal, club drinks, to exclusive alcoholic beverages reserved only for the highest-payers. Opposing this, however, one night a week, green and matcha teas are served instead of alcohol. This will be operated by the general manager. A time devoted to Shintoism, consisting of blessings, offerings and cleansings. For alcohol, we will use whatever the server has to offer us. Whilst the prices of the alcohol may vary from night to night, they will be a select few beverages reserved for VIP only that will remain stable with their prices. As the club will offer different themed nights, certain alcoholic beverages will be discounted. In the event of custom alcohol being implemented, we will also serve that (if permitted).
Shinto Club:// Yin
The bright side of Kintsgui, A service under provision by the sister of the pair primarily. People come in to share their burdens and mistakes, make offerings, and share tea in idle conversation. A pleasant experience for those in search of striving through the dark side. This exists as a presentation of adversity, but the Yang also exists to provide those people with the drinks and good times they attend for. Teaching the tea ceremony and Shinto practices is just one of many activities hosted by this side of the club.

The nightclub will offer a variety of available beverages based on the server's available portfolio. Paired with this will be simple foods and services to satiate and keep people healthy despite the drinks. Kintsugi's priority is a safe drinking experience with a caring customer service after all. As well as this, events and bookings for potential company advertisements such as a catwalk for tailoring companies, parties and themed nights. Some food and beverage may only be available whilst in bar hours and not throughout the entirety of the night.

“Kintsugi Nightclub is a crafted sanctuary, a retreat of all kind. The question is not what makes us unique, but what does not. Such business was meticulously moulded around our beliefs-Faith. Our nightclub represents duality, kindling the sparks of indignation screaming at those with burdens, serving two primary options to the attendees. The freedom they crave, or the path of redemption through our religious practices of Shinto. To pass by the majority, stand against the temptation-We offer an unquestionable sense of power to those who have the will to see beyond the second, and look into the future.”
Vision is what makes this nightclub unique, not only does it stray from the typical nightclub experience but caters to each person’s individuality. Kintsugi is an acknowledgement when burdens ring the line, an excuse to ignore or a method to answer that call. Maintaining the standard practice of the nightclub on one front of the establishment, the directors operate their own Shinto worship. Offerings, provision of connection. A catering to the ideals of our characters, their own faith in the change they sought throughout their younger years. It is not ambition, it is action. Everybody’s golden leaf takes a different shape, the answer may simply be the drinks you shared with souls on the same path.
Where do you plan for your building to be located?:
Club Kintsugi will be located in the best-possible location where civilians busy the streets - So, the downtown district. Although, I can imagine it’d be quite a large building, so anywhere where it’d fit alongside have an influx of people.
Do you have a designated builder for your company’s building?:
I do not have anyone in mind as yet. Anyone will do!

For the appearance of our club, we are aiming for it to look a mixture of sophistication and fancy. Whilst the building’s features will be mainly be black and gold built to fit the kintsugi aesthetic, there will be different rooms for the VIPs to enjoy of different colours. Alongside this, there will be hints of colour throughout the building, adding a touch of rebellion to the colour palette This, in turn, will portray what the business is about; freedom through the hypnosis of song. Not everything nor everyone is the same, and that those who wish to be different can be within these walls without shame. They represent the bursts of colour seeping through the gaps and monotony of life.
How do you intend to stay active?:
To get this club to where we want it to be, it must be active. As this business will be a blend of a bar and a nightclub, opening-times will be long. Our proposal of such is having the bar opened from midday, to late evening. And then, it will open up into a nightclub until the early hours of the morning.
So, having the business run on customer-dependency, it will require activity from the shop owner. As my schedule is pretty open, I have a lot of time to spare. Thus, this means that the openings will help me to remain online for long periods of time. As I have a lot of ideas for the future of this business, I will be steadily pumping them out.
Openings -
Our proposed idea consists of both a bar and nightclub in one. During the day, the bar will be open for all patrons. A nice social space where there will be a hubbub of conversation over bottles of wine and the quiet patter of music. Unsurprisingly, it is wanted for this place to be a social spot for players to come and hangout with friends and family, so, why not a two in one? The bar will have different events, and this can range from live music, to different themed days on the bar. Tequila Tuesday? Sambuca Saturday? You’re on! Maybe, if you’re lucky enough, you might catch Happy Hour, where drinks are 2 for 1!
Regarding the nightclub, this will open just after bar-hours. The place will close to the public for a short length of time when it is transformed into the bustling nightclub to which people can socialise and enjoy their nights. It is a safe haven, a place of socialising, and a place to forge new friendships. It is a place for everyone; young and old, new and local, a place to forget the day and stir the night with music and memories.
Events -
This location will also be a place for events that isn’t just flashing lights, thumping music and dancing. There can be many things that could be held in a large space like this. Thanks to the stage at the front of the dance floor, we can transform it into a space for performances. This can range from talent shows, drag performances, to live bands and open-mic events. Comedians, singers and performers. We can also one up it, turning it into a runaway for boutiques to show off their new collections to the public in-person. We will also be able to turn the nightclub into a space for those who wish to book it out. For birthdays, office parties, stag nights and hen do’s, we’ve got you covered!
In our discord, it is planned to have a channel where the public are able to vote for different themed nights out of three choices. These, of course, will not happen every night. Special nights directed for people who enjoy it. Love musicals? They’ll play all the songs from Hamilton, Mamma Mia, and more!. Are you an EDM lover? Wednesday’s rave at Kintsugi will be your safe haven for the night. It’d be encouraged for people to dress up. Especially for the themed nights dedicated to all the best music decades. Decide to show up in your best flares for the 70s night? That’d give you a discounted entry. Dedication deserves reward, after all.
How will you pay your employees?:
The earnings of that night will be put together and a percentage of it will be divided among the employees. Of course, if an employee receives a tip, they’re more than welcome to keep it.
How many employees will you hire, and what will their roles be?:
(1/1) - | General Manager | [offtones] - The second-in-command of the business. They will be in charge of the entire operation alongside the owner of Kintsugi. The right-hand that remains by the owner’s side for all decisions made. A joint effort.
