I can only speak from the experience of other servers. Like SRP, I have been active every day since I started playing and plan to continue doing so until and after YRP comes out. I plan to be active outside of my full-time job and play for multiple hours a day. My work schedule consists of something like this! :

SHOP OVERVIEW
What type of company are you applying for? (Business or Shop): Shop! Specifically, a Cafe and a little gift shop.
What will the company’s name be?: Banībun!
What kinds of services or items will your company offer?: Mostly a cafe. There will also be a small gift shop with bunny-themed accessories available for purchase!
Some of our menu items will consist of:
DRINKS:
A lot of coffee, but also non-caffeinated drinks as well!
FOODS:
Many dessert items, plus ramen, curry, breakfast items, and sandwiches!
OTHERS:
For the gift shop, we will sell bags, clothing, and even placeable furniture!
How will your company be unique?: My company will be unique due to its environment! It will be completely bunny-themed and will also include areas for interacting with one another or working solo. You can also come by the gift shop to buy some bunny-themed items! The cafe will also sell mostly bunny-related drinks, foods, and desserts! We will also be open to partnering with other shops to sell each other’s items and hosting events!
Where do you plan for your building to be located?: Due to it being a cafe and planning to be open pretty often, most likely in a central location, or the shopping district!
Do you have a designated builder for your company’s building?: Not yet.

How do you intend to stay active?: I intend to stay active by shooting for at least 3 openings a week. I plan to interact with the community constantly by hosting events and shows and collaborating with other shops!
How will you pay your employees?: It is not yet fully verified what I would like to do regarding employee payments. My current idea is to have employees keep 30% of their revenue, with the rest going to the shop. For example, if a customer made 50,000 yen in sales, they would keep ~15,000 yen, I would keep around 35,000, and the remainder would be split between the shop and me. In a month, if 1,000,000 yen were made, Managers would receive around 300,000 yen, which is about 30% of the total. Another example. If a shift is completed with 3 baristas, 2 servers, and 2 cashiers, each earning around 100,000 yen, they would keep ~30,000 yen each. The total amount earned would be ~490,000 after their pay is deducted. Around 60% of that would go to the shop, and the rest I or the respective manager that hosted would keep. Keep in mind, this might be revised and remade. This is just my current idea. I will most likely set up a website to easily track how much money is made and how much is owed!

All employees are required to meet the monthly quota to continue working at Banibun- attend 3 openings a month! Each shift is 1 quota; events are 2.
Each shift opening will include 1 owner or manager, 3 baristas, 3 servers, and 2 cashiers for the gift shop!
