Introduction
Below, you can find all the information needed to properly apply to the Yurei Jima RP Build Team. The information provided is subject to being updated and/or changed once Yurei Jima RP announces its official release. If you are unsure or need help with applying to the team or just have some questions about the team itself, contact the Build Coordinator, @usercultist . You are also required to be within the Discord Server to apply.
What are we looking for?
Do you love bringing cities to life with rich stories? Whether itโs crafting the history behind Norowarejimaโs haunted streets, detailing the construction of its eerie infrastructure, or designing immersive city events, the Build Team for Yurei Jima RP needs you! Join a community of creative minds dedicated to building a city full of mystery, legends, and unforgettable experiences for players. Apply now!
Additionally, by joining the Build team, you will be given the possibility to join the "Architect" sub-faction, allowing you to assist players in re-designing their housing's walls, floor & lay-out by accepting commissions paid with in-character currency.
We are currently looking for:
- People with passion & motivation to help bring our project to life by building and making designs for the server's city infrastructure.
- Builders with experience in modern edifications, organics, interior and other useful skills that might come in handy for a city build project.
- Individuals who are willing to work under the leadership of a Build Coordinator and with the help of colleagues, fostering a positive community environment.
Guidelines & Regulations
The Following Guidelines & Regulations are required when applying to the Build Team. Read through them thoroughly before applying for the best results.
Guidelines
Below are some recommendations that will greatly improve your chances of getting accepted. Keep them in mind and include them in your application to show us that you're interested in our team and want to help us bring the server forward!- Originality: Your application must be your own work. We will check thoroughly for traces of theft/AI use. Do not risk being blacklisted from the Team.
- Formatting: When writing your application, please follow the provided format. While you can add more questions to further develop your application, you should not skip or change the already-existing ones
- Rewards: By finishing projects (assigned buildings), you will receive community points. You can exchange these points for community bonuses, such as ranks, custom items, etc.
- Availability: Youโre allowed to join and create for other roleplay servers and communities, but you must remain regularly active within Yurei Jima RP.
- Credits: Any contributions will be properly credited across the Yurei Jima RP Forums, social media, etc.
- Style: As mentioned above, we're looking for builders experienced in modern city and organic styles. If your past work falls outside these criteria (e.g., medieval castles, fantasy lobbies, etc.), it wonโt be considered in the selection process.
Regulations
Below are the rules that you must comply with when applying for this community team. Failure to acknowledge them or not meeting any of these criteria will warrant an automatic removal from the team, regardless of whether your application has been accepted or not.- Criticism: You may encounter constructive criticism throughout your journey as a Builder. Feedback is expected when joining the team, so don't feel discouraged if your build is changed or doesn't make it to the final project! The server has very specific criteria that all builds must meet.
- Minimum Age: You must be over the age of 15 to apply.
- Requesting Help: If you need assistance with your application, ideas, or feedback, you can make a ticket through the Discord and request help from @usercultist .
- Portfolio: When applying for this community team, youโll need to include a portfolio showcasing your building skills. Thereโs no limit to how many examples you can share, but the more you include, the better your chances of being accepted.

When clicking the "Post Thread" button, you will be given the application's format automatically. However, if you lost it or wish to change its aesthetics, you may do so by copying the format below. Make sure you do not omit or change any of the already-existing questions.
