I can only speak from my experiences on other servers, mostly being SRP, which I plan to replace with YRP when it comes out. But for reference, I have played SRP for three years with only a few short breaks (Shorter than 60 days), and I plan to play YRP in a similar style, especially at the start of the course, I will be on multiple hours every day.

What type of company are you applying for? (Business or Shop):
I would like to own a restaurant. I have worked with multiple other servers that were planned to come about but never made it, and in each of those, I was the lead of the shop faction. So just to say, I do have more than a little experience when it comes to owning a shop (atleast on the OOC side) and such.
What will the company’s name be?:
It would be called “Casted Waves Cafe.” Though there is a subheading of Bar and Grill to it (If allowed of course)
What kinds of services or items will your company offer?:
Casted Waves Cafe sells all sorts of items with four main menus: Breakfast, Coffee/Tea, Alcohol, and Lunch/Dinner.
| With it being a cafe, there will be plenty of choices of coffee and tea, with some being frappacinos, cappuccinos, americano, lattes, and plenty of others. |
| When it comes to breakfast, pancakes and waffles, of course, as well as French toast, donuts, BLTs, and some others. But these will all come in platters so they will also contain bacon and other small side items to really bring out the aspect of it being a cafe. |
| With the bar being added on, it will also be served throughout the cafe! (If it is allowed, of course. .) Some of the choices of drinks would be craft beer, different variations of liquors, and wine. This is mainly for the aspect of roleplay more than anything else. Whether actual items will be implemented or not, if I am allowed to do this, the bar will be mainly for roleplay. |

How will your company be unique?:
Casted Waves Cafe has multiple stories to it: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner. All have their own respective areas that change the style of RP between all of them. Beyond that, the style of the cafe will be blue and ocean-themed to resemble its name and food types. As well, it will be open at least once every OOC day if I am on and have the available staff to work there. RP is the biggest thing I am looking for from owning a shop, so events and other things like privately booking it would be something I am open to. If I have a choice on the style, location, and build type of it, there will be outside games to really draw in the people, and it will be more than just a restaurant, but an entire event center if possible.
Where do you plan for your building to be located?:
Somewhere near water or the beach if there is one, and it is available. It's what would suit my restaurant best.
Do you have a designated builder for your company’s building?:
Not an official one, but I am a general builder when it comes to Minecraft, so I believe I can handle it with a bit of help and if it is possible for me to.

How do you intend to stay active?:
I intend to stay VERY active, and not just on the server and the community, but with the shop as well. For every day I possibly can, I will have the shop open for RP, even if I am the only one able to run it. It may not run at max efficiency, but RP will still be able to be held there.
How will you pay your employees?:
Generously. As stated before, my biggest goal is not money but RP. So that will be a big deal to me, and it gives me the opportunity to pay my employees as fair as I am getting paid. Also, they will have full medical coverage for that specific character if they do end up in the hospital with bills to pay. The restaurant is more than a job, but more of a second family, so anything that is needed will be helped by the restaurant if it is able to help.
How many employees will you hire, and what will their roles be?:
I would like a team that can work with my horrid sleep schedule, so enough people who can work in the mornings and nights with me, meaning around twenty people in this order with it having a PM side and an AM side (Gmt-6).

2 Managers- Basically, to make sure I can run it properly and make the correct decisions for the IC and OOC portions of it all.
2 Head chefs- They basically just run the grills.
4 Cooks- The cooks help cook the food with the chef.
6 Servers- To serve the food, of course, and attend to the customers in any way they need.
2 Bartenders- To serve the alcohol and be a therapist and cupid for all those who need it!
2 Hostesses- To seat and help the servers prep for new customers.
