I have yet to join the Yurei-Jima Role-Play server, but I can assure you that I will be quite active on it. Other than being in school, I am usually on minecraft. I spend around seventy hours per week on minecraft. Since I have my phone in school, I am constantly available and reachable on discord; this is my schedule.

What will the companyโs name be?:
The shop's name will be House Muhito.
What kinds of services or items will your company offer?:
House Muhito will sell a variety of things, especially high-end luxury jewellery and furniture pieces. So;
Jewellery;
- Necklaces
- Earrings
- Rings (For proposals)
Furniture;
- Leather sofas
- TVs
- Grand wardrobe
And much more!
How will your company be unique?:
House Muhito will be unique due to a variety of reasons, a massive one being immersive role-play. The shop will try to partner with individuals within the server such as music bands to play during openings, additionally we will be hiring students and young adults, people who need help with money. The company will be full of grand and high-end items, the decor will be with amethyst and quartz to make it look expensive. Additionally, I the shop keeper will be role-playing on an active basis, trying to partner with other companies and shops to maybe host server-wide events alongside of the staff team.
Where do you plan for your building to be located?:
I desire for House Muhito to be located within the Shopping District or a busy area, somewhere like a high street.
Do you have a designated builder for your companyโs building?:
Nope! I don't mind for anyone to build the building, as long as it fits my reference or my desires.

How do you intend to stay active?:
OPENINGS;
I will make sure to regularly open my shop, hopefully I will plan my openings to be every two to three days, allowing my employees to be able to complete their monthly quota of attending at least three openings each a month. The shop will additionally stay open for as long as the employees want to keep it open for, with a minimum of thirty OOC minutes and a maximum of one OOC hour. This will ensure that anyone has time to come shop at the shop.
PARTNERSHIPS;
My secondary way to stay active will be to partner with various different factions, especially other Shop and Business owners. House Muhito will try to partner with musical bands and hire them to play music during openings or with a local restaurant to cater an event that the shop would host!
EVENTS;
Additionally, I will try to host a few server-wide events or at least participate as many of them as possible to get the shop's name out there. I want to organise at least this event;
- TREASURE HUNT
House Muhito will plan a treasure hunt, planting expensive earrings somewhere in the city, whoever would find them first would get to keep them and chose one item whatever the price in the store and they would get an entire new item named after them.
How will you pay your employees?:
Each and every single one of my employees will keep 30% of their earnings, so if someone made a million yen during one shift, they will be keeping 300k. Additionally, they will be able to chose one item in the entire shop per month, the cost will be 100% covered by the shopkeeper, me.
