Describe your activity on the server:
If I had to describe my activity, I would say it's as active as I can be, I have school starting up and a few passion projects but any time that I have free I dedicate to YRP! If we were scaling, I would say 8/10! Since the server is still in progress, I'm not always roleplaying but I am always checking the Discord and my DMs! I am on the social team so I help with the update videos and promotional content!

What will the company’s name be?:
The name of the shop will be “ Ijōna Ryūgi “ which translates to “Abnormal Fashion”.

What kinds of services or items will your company offer?:
Ijōna Ryūgi will have a variety of products, from porcelain masks to spiderweb carpets. We later on hope to have some in-shop events that I will talk about later in the application that will liven up the store. Though Ijōna Ryūgi carries many items, we mainly focus on accessories, as my friend once said, ‘nothing is truly an outfit without any accessories.’ Some items I would love to add to my store would be but is limited to are the following:

As much as I would love to list everything, I would almost promise you we would be here all day, but what I can promise you is that I have a whole list of customs I would love to invest in to put in my shop. I would like to add a suggestion box in-game and in the Discord server so we can get the opinion of customers and employees to get a more appealing stock.
How will your company be unique?:
Ijōna Ryūgi has quite a few systems that make it different from other accessory stores, from collections to uniforms. Ijōna Ryūgi puts in their utmost effort to entertain and please their customers.
COLLECTIONS: We have 3 different collections that we plan on implementing: ‘Dracula’s Collection’, ‘Juno’s Collection’, and the ‘Eternally Bounded Collection’. Each collection represents something different, for example the ‘Juno’s Collection’ represents the founder Juno Ikeda, and the ‘Eternally Bounded Collection’ is a collection for couples and friends to have matching items.Every time a customer buys something from one of the collections they will get a stamp, for example if there are 5 dracula items and you bought all 5 you will have 5 dracula stamps (It must be EVERY item from the collection duplicates do not count) one of the staff members will bring you around the back to a certain room, this room will be the collection’s theme that the customer has completed. There will be parts of a story from the collection that will lead on to a discount for 15% off of the customer's next purchase.
SUGGESTION BOX: We will have 2 suggestion boxes, one in our Discord and one in the store. In the store, there will be a hopper with a sign above it saying “Suggestions”, where people can throw in notes and books that will collect at the bottom of a chest. After a week the box will be checked by me, I’ll look at some ideas for items or even some more ideas for the store and note them down on a notepad! As for in discord we will have a channel called “suggestions”, we will make this a thread channel where people will fill out a format and send some images of what they are referencing. Again, after a week me and the staff will look through some suggestions and put on the list of what we want to add into the shop.
EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH: Every day, staff members work hard and put in so much effort, but don’t get anything out of it. I feel staff members who work hard, put in extra effort, and overall try their best deserve something more than just a pat on the back. Here at Ijōna Ryūgi, we have a staff of the month, to reward those who put out the extra effort and do their best to make customers happy. What does that mean? Well when someone gets staff of the month, they get a ‘Your did it’ star and a 10% discount for their next order from the store!
STAFF UNIFORM: Most companies have a staff uniform and they mostly look the same, but not ours! We have uniquely made uniforms just for our shop, they are victorian/gothic themed to help with not only the atmosphere but to help our staff members get into character. All greetings would sound like something along these lines:
“Ah! A guest.” *they would formally bow* “Welcome to Ijōna Ryūgi, my name is () how may I be of service to you today?”
As for an example of our uniform, we have different styles to fit the likes of the staff, some being more feminine and some being more masculine.
Where do you plan for your building to be located?:
I feel a great location for Ijōna Ryūgi would be in Busy city.

At the moment I do not!

How do you intend to stay active?:
I intend to keep this shop, my employees and myself active by hosting staff game nights. We will host games such as garticphone, jack in the box, and other games similar. You may be asking yourself how playing games would help staff be active? Well, just doing staff duties is very boring. I feel staff should interact and get to know each other better, other than just ICLY working together, building bonds with staff and giving them something to look forward to will help them be more active not only in the store but with the community.
How will you pay your employees?:
Before every shift I will announce in the discord that we will be opening in a certain time frame, if any employees would like to work during this shift they will go into the shift claim channel and fill out the format which will contain the following:

Once the amount of registers is filled up I will post a message saying that shift claims are closed for this shift. I will ping the people who claimed 10 minutes before opening to head to the shop to get ready for opening, after ten minutes have passed and the shops open they will do their duties as normal. Once it's closing time and everyone has left the shop I will bring the staff into the back and line them up, they will pay me the amount they got that opening and I will return 30% of the earnings back to them. (If this needs to be edited I will fix to the edit :3 )
