I am fairy active, considering I am on both Social and Media Team. I log online the server itself to check in and see all the updates, as well as often talk or at least post something on the discords too to retain activity.

SHOP OVERVIEW
What type of company are you applying for?: Shop
What will the Shopโs name be?: Jimoto no Waffuru
What kinds of services or items will your Shop offer?:
JNW offers both to-go and sit-down breakfast food - specializing specifically in it's signature WAFFLES! Hense the name, Jimoto no Waffuru.
When it comes to the food, JNW offers both the Trending Viral waffle & other breakfast snacks many may find of social media, as well as the basic breakfast someone may just need to grab in the morning before a meeting. Below is a drawn up menu of what we plan to offer:
(Not these aren't what it'll actually be named when implemented, merely just types we wish/plan to have)
- Taiyaki
- Mochi Waffles
- Mascot-shaped waffle (See next category for context)
- Coffee Varients
- Hot Coco & other warm drinks
- Tamago Sando & other breakfast sandwiches
- Onigirazu / Character Onigiri (Kyaraben-Style Rice Balls)
- Avocado & Natto Toast / Shokupan Animal Toast Art
- Ochazuke with Toppings
- milk variants
How will your Shop be unique?:
JNW is unique as it'll be a cafe that of course, specializes in trendy and casual breakfast and morning pick-me-ups. We plan to be a place that is comparable to perhaps something like Dunkin Donuts were people go there for their fancy collab and custom donuts, as well as to just pick up a morning meal on the way to work! We want it to be a place where it's doors are ALWAYS OPEN, meaning even if no one is serving counter - people can still go inside to sit down, chat, and relax at their tables.
We plan for it to not be the usual restaurant and focus more on the option that seating is ultimately optional, so people can walk right up to the counter to order, pay and leave. or they can order, pay, and sit down. This also means we wont have the usual waitstaff, instead we plan to have cashiers, chefs and JANITORS! Janitors being the more unique part, which I'll elaborate down in another section.
JNW will also have the mascot of a small bear cub named 'Anko-Kun' which is a play on words as Anko is also the name of the paste filling often found in Taiyaki which is one of the cafe's main dishes!
Another way I plan for the shop to be unique is I want to incorporate the in-game cooking plug in with my shop, I am well aware many of my intended items are to likely be customs i get ahold of, however I also know thanks to the breakfast theme I can incorporate many items that are likely to-be in the plugin as well. With this said I do intend to hire cooks that'll work behind the counter, which I'll elaborate on somewhere below.
Where do you plan for your building to be located?:
Preferably near larger building where people work, as the shop not only caters to youth but also those getting to and from work in the morning! So a place like -351, 66, -227 works well, but other options like the open plots around -397, 66, -174. I list these are theyre the main spots i found actually labeled and intended to be shop locations it seems .. but if there an even better spot i have NOO issue going there heh.
Do you have a designated builder for your companyโs building?:
If you mean from the build team specifically, then no. But if able I wouldnt mind building the interior myself.
Please show at least 5 references for the exterior and interior of your company building:

How do you intend to stay active?:
I plan to keep the shop active by opening regularly, or at least whenever I see it isn't a school time. I personally never really cared about player count so I really wouldn't mind even opening and staying open with little people around.
As for on an OOC level, I've always loved any game or idea of just managing something and growing it out, so trust me when I say I will totally go full shop simulator mode and keep interested. I wont name something specifically but many here surely know about my Bass Pro Shop from another server which I've had running for two years now and keep growing, so trust me when I say I will have no issue keeping up my .. WaffleHouse Cafe as well!
How will you pay your employees?:
I plan to follow the server's initiative for more realistic payment as to not have too much inflation. At the end of every shift I will record how much each person made and they keep a cut of it, and at the end of every month they'll get an official larger paycheck similarly to faction jobs. This way they aren't constantly being given large sums of money and they'll be paid on the same schedule as others.
As for the specific percentages for pay cuts and overall paychecks, I cannot say for sure quite yet as of course server economy isn't fully up and running and I am quiiiite unsure how well openings shall be yet.
How many employees will you hire, and what will their roles be?:
I always found that having somewhere around 15 employees is always a good number as it ensures you typically have someone always available when you'd like to open - especially as I also do not plan of having a proper restaurant and Moreso a counter cafe method, meaning I do not have a need for typical waitstaff.
With that said, I plan for..
- 5-7 Cashiers
- 5-7 Cooks
- 1-4 Janitors
Of course i give ranges as I have no idea what'll be the perfect ratio til' the shop and everything is up and running, so that in theory should be a decent number.
The cashier's will do the basics of taking the orders, and should something be needed cooked (such as items found in the in-game cooking method, rather then a custom item) they'll inform the cooks. As for the Janitors, seeing as the cafe has no waitstaff this means people are freely able to use any tables or seating.. which means things mayyy get messy! And of course, Japan has quite the cleanliness standard, so only makes sense to have janitors clean up or even clear tables if need be!
