What type of company are you applying for? (Business or Shop): Shop
What will the companyโs name be?: Momo-chan's
What kinds of services or items will your company offer?: Merchandise (shirts, plushies, hats, accessories, phones) and food (boba tea, acai bowls, Danish treats/ pastries)
How will your company be unique?:
What makes my company unique is the scenery and vibe as such I am trying to go for a cutesy hello kitty vibe something welcoming and alive so when people spot my shop they grab interest, or we could even have celebrity guest come that people know well, also have them take pictures with our mascot, make boba teas, and have events based around them, so if it would be a singer have a little concert for those at the shop. We could even have sponsorships where we support our local teams at the schools or just meet and greets for our Mascot Momo. My shop will be Japanese cafe themed with our mascot Momo going around cheering up customers and maybe bringing them there teas, just overall brining the energy up and alive.
Where do you plan for your building to be located?: Near or in a main shopping district
Do you have a designated builder for your companyโs building?: Mayios/Sakuragakure

How do you intend to stay active?: Open often with events and new stuff like drinks/foods or merchandise so the the shop feels lively and not abandoned with at least 2-3 days open weekly (irl)
How will you pay your employees?:
They'll earn 50% in whatever they make on there shift and keep tips
How many employees will you hire, and what will their roles be?
For a smaller business i believe that i would only need 8 or so people
Mascot-2 (will go around the shop having fun with customers and just enlighten the experience and environment)
Counter worker/ Boba tea maker-3 (will be behind the counter selling sweets, teas, and merch while also making the teas with the makeshift machines in the back counters)
Janitor/Restock-3 (will clean the shop such as wipe down tables and chairs, sweeping, and stocking the chest for the tea makers at the front)
