Norowarejima Geisha

Before you read on please read some of the following terms so it makes sense!
Geisha = An Japanese hostess trained to entertain men with conversation, dance, and song
Taikomochi/Hokan = The Original Male Geisha. First Geishas.
Maiko = A Geisha apprentice, typically around 15 to 20 years old, who is undergoing training in traditional Japanese arts and skills
Minari = Apprentice.
Shikomi = A stage of servitude where a young girl works as a maid or servant to the okiya, cleaning, doing errands and so on
My suggestion is quite complex but I am very doubtful that it will even be considered. Although here we are.
As I have heard you plan on having a business side of things, entertainment and such. How about the traditional side of entertainment or also known as Geisha. Geisha are MAINLY Women yet there are a few instances of male geisha and very rarely taikomochi. They're all apart of a history that is slowly fading away into modernization. I think that maybe Norowarejima could possibly have a representation of Geisha inside Norowarejima.
Little about Geisha, Some may not know of what Geisha is so here is a break down.
Geisha are entertainers originally they were MALE Dominated career to tell Jokes, Stories and such as they were called. Taikomochi or Hokan. Yet as the years went on they became more womanized. And as this tradition of geisha became more and more populated they would have a system in place for young girls to become geisha! Such as starting off a Shikomi then once they go to a school for Geisha's and pass there exams they then can start the process off being a Minarai.
I think that it would be quite interesting to add Geisha houses and perhaps some Chayes for them to work. Although how would it work? What will it require? Well My friend it would possible require a lot of wearable items or models for players to wear. Yet some of this would possibly be best by wearing a MC Skin, That can represent this style. Such models would be below.

You may consider, what will it take up on the server and how will it affect the server itself. Which I will answer those questions now.
- How will it help the server's growth?
How it will help with the servers growth is providing more unique experiences especially to the server. Adding a style of roleplay on MCRP That's Never been seen, except small events on other servers, (Which Im proposing it to be implemented fully with one or two Okiya's or Lodging Houses for Geisha.) These would possibly be very very VERY Rare to come by as most Geisha's are very close knitted with patrons and high-end clients like textile business people, and other high end.
- Is it feasible with our current assets?
Possibly. As of the assets I have seen for right now no.
- Is it a priority feature compared to how long it would take to make?
I would not consider this a priority more of an Update then anything. As this could affect roleplay and yet. You could say "Just make a business." I would perfer it become apart of a faction or create an entirely new faction alongside with the Monastery called (NTD) Norowarejima Traditional District. Having the shrine, alongside Geisha's as they're the MOST representation of Japanese culture.
- Which parts of the server would be benefitted from this change?
Much of the parts of the server would benefit I would think As of what Information I have on the Education system by Demi as my source. She had said that the school will foucs on Norowarejima's History and Lore alongside the College side of things which would be more career based. They could take advantage of this opputunity as I was told, that she could perhaps make the Highschool students be able to become Shikomi yet it would be a low acceptance rate, due to real life expectations. Yet you would think they would have NOTHING To do, In which that is a complete LIE! They will have something to do, in which is go through the phases, Shikomi --> Minarai (In which they debut which I will talk about in a second.) --> Maiko --> Geiko.
- How will it work!?
As I know you guys will probably NOT Build an entire school for this, yet I purpose, that there are Okiyas which they're could be 1/2 or out of 3 even. With low acceptance rates (Aka ROSTER.) And the position wouldn't be earned by just applying, By having you're character become involved ICCLY, there interest making it even harder. Although Interest forms would be a thing, Putting your characters interest so an Oka-sann (Mother of an Okiya.) To sponsor you.
If Accepted they would start off as a shikomi and for being active for 2 weeks they would be able to take a rigorous exams hosted by either there Oka-sann or traditionally a Sensei. And since this is Minecraft and we are extremely limited, they would have to learn the following; Song, Dance, Hospitality. And as a Shikomi they would learn MAJOR Discipline and such.
Debuting. Once a player has completed there exam and has passed it with flying colors they would be officially given by there Oka-sann a geimei or stage name to be called. With this stage name they would be call that while performing and working then when there off duty. Yet these Geisha would be living together in one house which is called an Okiya.
There is much more to be discussed as this is just all the major points But, if this idea is accepted then we can probably talk !
