Simple! When your already on a call and your talking with said friend you could do /hold NUMBER and answer the other call heres an example.

"Heya! Im getting another call, Let me put you on hold real quick!" Player 1
"Okay!" - Player 2

/hold 75-337-0889
Answer the other call.
