What type of company are you applying for? (Business or Shop):
I will be applying for a shop!
What will the companyโs name be?:
My shop's name will be Rue Harinezumi | ใใชใใบใ.
What kinds of services or items will your company offer?:
My shop, Rue Harinezumi focuses on Hedgehog related items. To put it more specifically, we sell toys and hedgehog related items! But we aren't just about hedgehogs, you see. We will be selling toys that people can use, such as Kendama's, Kokeshi dolls, and Tamagotchis. Though we are going to be mainly selling hedgehog themed items, such as phones, duffel bags, as well as plush toys! Hedgehog plush toys, hedgehog erasers, and finally hedgehog themed backpacks! Thought for now, I'll be going back to the Kokeshi dolls as well as the Tamagotchis, as we will be selling multiple types of Kokeshi dolls, such as the Naruko Kokeshi dolls. But for Tamagotchis, we will be selling multiple different colored ones, such as yellow, blue, pink, and brown. My store will also include blahaj's, aswell notebooks, pencils for students.
How will your company be unique?:
Rue Harinezumi stands out because of its special focus on hedgehog-themed products. We're the best seller of hedgehog related items. We offer a wide range, from traditional dolls to fun retro Tamagotchis. What makes us unique? Our shop combines animal themed items, traditional dolls, and Tamagotchis. Rue Harinezumi welcomes everyone, whether you are in a big group, or your coming here alone. The store usually opens around 6 PM in-character time. It's perfect for finding gifts for friends and family. Including fun deals, like buy ten hedgehogs and get one free!
Where do you plan for your building to be located?:
My location will be part of a Busy City, as I wish to be as close as possible to people. If I'm easy to find, then people can come to our shop more easily.
Do you have a designated builder for your companyโs building?:
For a builder... not sure... (I'm too shy to ask cultist..)

I have three for exterior, as a somewhat base idea of what I'm going with. Though I am not too sure how big the shopping district shops are going to be.
How do you intend to stay active?:
The shop will stay active through openings when I deem it fit. Normally, the best times would be when people are more active ICLY when they have more free time. Though I will still open the store either way if the player count is low. If I choose to apply for a shop, I will have to keep it active through planning and talking with my employees.
I will also try to plan events, such as free item promotions, having some of my employees sell outside the store, or giving out some of our products through a public survey. Which they will keep track of, and that's how we can improve our store better.
How will you pay your employees?:
I'll pay my employees by figuring out our earnings, and how much restock would be. Let us say for an example, we sell 20 hedgehog plushies with three cashiers at the register. Each plushie goes for 14.5 thousand yen, so 20 times 14.5 equals 290 thousand yen. The restock price would be about 5 thousand yen per plushie, which is when we multiply 20 with the 5 thousand yen. The total would be 100 thousand yen, we would then have to do subtraction, starting with 290 thousand yen subtracting 100 thousand yen. The final total for that would be 190 thousand yen, I would keep 20% for the shop. That would be about 38 thousand yen for me and my shop. That would leave 152 thousand yen, split between three employees. So 50 thousand yen each for the employees.
I will also be taking track of the tips they get from customers, of course letting them take the tips as their own money.
How many employees will you hire, and what will their roles be?:
I will be hiring 8 cashier's due to time-zones. I want multiple people who can be available when I do need them. As well, I will be hiring security for the store, I would say two security guards, which in the roster it would be.
