'Sugar Petals's service provides a small, cozy bakery/cafe where you can sit down and enjoy your nice evening/afternoon! 'Sugar Petals' mainly opens during evening and afternoon, but every once in a while it may open up sooner for those who wish to get a sweet treat early on! 'Sugar Petals' provides many sweet treats that are based on flowers, giving the bakery/cafe a very cutesy and nature-ful vibe to it! 'Sugar Petals's most popular sweet treat is the 'Rose Petal Ice Cream', it's one of the common, but most popular ones!
The menu down below is all of the sweet treats 'Sugar Petals' serves so far! All of these flower based treats, match with the owner's name, Hwa-eun (which means 'flower grace' or 'graceful flower')!

How will your company be unique?:
'Sugar Petals' is unique because of it being a cafe/bakery, that specializes people's needs with sweet treats! You got a sweet tooth and wanting to get something to satisfied it? Well 'Sugar Petals' is your place to go to! 'Sugar Petals' opens almost every afternoon/evening!
Anyways- we're getting a bit off topic, what makes 'Sugar Petals' so unique is it's zen, nature and peaceful atmosphere that draws people into it's coziness to find peace and relaxation after a stressful day of work or simply just needing to relax in general! 'Sugar Petals' is a go-to place, where you can sit and chat with others whilst eating a delicious treat! Like any normal restaurant or cafe or something, customers will order, sit down and pay before leaving!
'Sugar Petals' is also unique with it's treats being all flower, plant based, which is why some people partly believe make 'Sugar Petals' so zen! 'Sugar Petals' also sells homemade recipes and products that customers can buy and take home, like the 'other' stuff on the menu is what 'Sugar Petals' sells! And 'Sugar Petals' will have all kind of positions from cashiers to bakers to waiters and so much more!
Where do you plan for your building to be located?:
Probably somewhere in a busy city spot! I imagine the bakery won't be too big, so other shops will still have space and all!
Do you have a designated builder for your companyโs building?:
Not yet, but I'm sure someone will be willing to help with this sweet project!

How do you intend to stay active?:
I'm usually quite an active person, on both discord and well my laptop (which is how/where I play Minecraft on), itself! Even if I'm not on my laptop, I'm always online on discord and people can DM or ping me whenever it's needed! I'll try my best to be active as much as possible, I've heard a lot of lovely things about this server! So I'm very excited to possibly be a part of it and join it!
I would rate my activity, a 9.5/10 for both discord and laptop! Usually I'm always activity somewhere (if it's not one, then it's the other), typically I'm not activity when I'm too busy (working on homework, visiting my mom (at least not on my laptop), writing stories/poems and ext. But besides though, I'm usually almost always online! So, as long as I'm near my laptop, I'll pretty much always be online!
With me being so active, means that I can open my shop a lot! Opening a lot means quite an active business, that can probably open almost every day!
How will you pay your employees?:
Well, I'll be trying to keep track of how much each employee makes during their shift and based on that, I'll try to realistically pay each employee about the same amount and all of the paychecks will be sent out around the same time (probably around the end or start of a new month, but this could change to a bit sooner, depending on the circumstances) to make things fair and even!
Keeping it fair, will be good, so that other employees may not be upset or sense 'unfairness' between other employees than themself! 'Unfairness' could lead to jealousy or other complicated problems, so it's best to try to keep things simple and fair for everyone!

Owner:

A shopkeeper/Owner often is the who watches over the shop! Making sure customers are being treated right, ensuring they get their food and drinks! Shopkeepers also can assist with orders, maintain that everything is kept clean, making sure products are stocked (or that inventory is stocked up) for customer's food and the side stuff that the shop may be selling! Shopkeepers also manage stuff, of course... When it comes to the business, what customers may want and more!
Depending on the shop or business, some shopkeepers may even help out with baking, decorating and making sure that the sweet treats are getting baked and served right!
Manager:

Managers oversee that the food is up to safety standards for everyone, they also watch out to make sure everything is up to cleanliness standards (much like what the shopkeeper does) as well! Managers also do things like coordinating and chatting with suppliers about supplies, monitor and watch over sales, resolve an issue a customer may be having and much more! When it comes to new employees, managers help train the new employees that were recruited, managers also help manage and schedule shifts for employees!
Managers are kind of similar with the shopkeeper or owner with some of the things managers also help with, just managers are a slightly lower rank than the shopkeeper or owner, of course.
Cashiers:

Cashiers are typically the ones who greet the customers and taking customer's orders (obviously, of course), cashiers also do things like handling payments and receipts! Cashiers are also responsible for making sure and keeping their area and the bakery itself! Cashiers also manage and organize displays, they also help out with restocking items for displays and bakery, itself!
Like managers, some cashiers also help out with checking and managing inventory and they also make sure that food safety guidelines or standards are being followed and fulfilled!
Baristas:

Baristas are the ones who prepare and then serve out customer's drinks (or beverages), like cashiers they also handle payments too! Baristas also can help out with selling and handing out pastries to customers! And like cashiers, baristas also make sure that their workstation (or area) is up to cleanliness standards and they stock up their station as well!
Baristas are also made sure to provide great customer service by answering customer's questions, suggestions or recommendations and having a polite, welcoming atmosphere and attitude for customers!
Bakers:

Bakers are obviously the ones who prepare and make customer's pastries/treats! They also do things like measuring, mixing and shaping ingredients to create the unique shape and make sure the ingredients are perfectly even and just right for the pastries!! Bakers also obviously do things like operating ovens and decorating finished pastries!
Bakers also help manage inventory as well, ordering supplies for pastries, and making sure that the pastries, they're making has a good quality and presentation for customers! They also make sure that the food they're making is up to safety standards!
Waiters:

Waiters, also known as counter staff are the ones who are responsible for serving customers, taking orders, handling payments (like cashiers and baristas) and providing information about the pastries, when a customer asks about a certain pastry! Like some of the other staff members, waiters make sure their workstation is clean and organized!
Waiters also help with stocking or restocking items and like baristas, they have to make sure to keep a friendly and welcoming attitude and atmosphere!
[ These numbers could change, as I haven't exactly thought of how many I want! So it could change in the future/if this gets accepted ]
