COMPANY OVERVIEW
What type of company are you applying for? (Business or Shop): Shop, specifically for a Restaurant
What will the companyโs name be?: Issho Kawa
What kinds of services or items will your company offer?:
Casual Fine Dining, with a theme of Western & Japanese cuisine side by side, such as Burger & Sushi. (Generic food items provided, but also a few custom foods using my Media-Team quota.
It will be centered around bringing Westerns and Japanese foods together in one table and also a bar within the restaurant. To name a few of the dishes I plan to have and sell on the business:

How will your company be unique?:
The Idea is to make a western-japanese themed restaurant somewhere close to the neighborhoods or more suburban areas, with heavy emphasis on comfort, and hospitality, almost like those Neighborhood Sushi places where the Chefs personally talk to the customer and grow bonds with them, an approachable vibe with an approachable staff.
Seating Capacity will be relatively medium at roughly 5-6 tables for 4-people, and a stretch of individual seating at the bar, with waiting section for people who are queueing outside.
The Restaurant will open every few days depending on availability, however it will open for very long at once, roughly from morning up until 7pm in-character time. It will be run strictly with social aspects in mind, aiming to make patrons to be incentivized to either bring friends or go to the bar to talk to new people or even the staffs.
Where do you plan for your building to be located?:
Anywhere mildly suburban, somewhere that is not in the middle of the downtown district, but I can also still take the downtown communal district.

None, but Iโm fine with any builder to be assigned.

How do you intend to stay active?:
I intend to stay active by simply opening at the downtimes and peak times of server activity, with the aim to provide a living social place for people who may only go online during the serverโs down time due to the time zone.
How will you pay your employees?:
I will pay my employees with money generated per opening, depending on how many employees in total and how much it costs to restock, It will be a determined percentage of an opening, not to mention the tips they can receive from patrons.
How many employees will you hire, and what will their roles be?:
Roughly I will look to hire at the very least 3 to 4 employees as waiters & waitresses, Bar attendee and/or two chefs, with part-timers in mind shall other players are looking for it.
