Why i want to be staff:
I want to support YRPโs development because I enjoy helping build strong, organized, and welcoming communities. Iโm passionate about RP servers, and I like being part of teams that work together to create a positive experience for players.
i'm applying because i genuinely enjoy helping, organizing, guiding players, and making sure things run smoothly.
Staff is a role i take seriously, and i want to contribute to the server in a meaningful way!
why i'm a good fit:
Iโve been Discord staff before, where I handled moderation, tickets, community support, and keeping conversations respectful and organized. I havenโt staffed on a Minecraft server yet, but Iโm hoping YRP can be my first. Iโm a fast learner, I communicate well, and Iโm confident I can become a strong, reliable part of the team.
How I Handle Issues:
1. give a clear warning
2. explain the rule
3. stay calm and neutral
4. take action if needed
5. document EVERYTHING!

Scenario Answers:
โข Scenario 1: Two players arguing in OOC/chat and itโs escalating (MC and Discord).
I would first tell them to stop arguing and remind them that OOC/Discord is not the place for it.
Then I would ask what the argument is about and try to help them solve it calmly.
If theyโre still heated or the argument keeps going, I would move them to DMs or a ticket so it doesnโt disturb others.
If they come back again after being told to stop, I will step in more firmly, talk to them separately, find out the real issue, and help them solve it properly. If they still canโt behave, I would warn them or take further action depending on the server rules.
My goal is always to calm things down, fix the misunderstanding, and keep the chat safe and drama-free.
โข Scenario 2: A friend of mine breaks a rule. (Mc and discord)
Mc server:
treat them exactly like any other player.
I give the same warning or punishment, document it, and keep everything professional.
I donโt show favoritism
Discord:
If the friend breaks rules on Discord, I still warn them normally.
Friendship doesnโt change rule enforcement.
I handle it respectfully, but fairly.
โข Scenario 3: Iโm the only staff online and a big issue starts (MC and Discord).
Mc server:
i stay calm and prioritize:
1. harassment or unsafe behavior
2. anything disrupting many players
3. minor issues
i handle one thing at a time, keep chat under control, and collect evidence
i call for backup in staff chats even if no one responds immediatly.
after everything settles i will write a full report.
discord:
if the issue is in discord
1. i mute the chaos first to regain control
2. move serious discussions into tickets
3. organize information
4. resolve the issue step by step
then i document everything so the rest of the team can follow up
โข Scenario 4: A player keeps causing small issues repeatedly (MC and Discord).
mc server:
I start with friendly reminders, but if the behavior repeats, I escalate with formal warnings.
I explain what theyโre doing wrong and why it matters for the community.
If the small issues pile up, I take appropriate action.
discord:
I track each minor issue, warn consistently, and escalate only if behavior doesnโt change.
Consistency is important, even โsmallโ problems matter when repeated.
