Hey, cool Ferrari...

And that's the sound of every car enthusiast cringing. The Honda NSX has been one of the most beloved sports car that came out of Japan from the early-1990s, and for a good reason... The car was co-developed by Ayrton Senna to be exceptional in terms of balance and handling, while also staying pretty usable for daily use, Hence the 'Everyday Supercar' title. It was pretty cheap compared to supercars from Europe, hell.. at the time of it's release, it was cheaper than most European Supercars, with a starting price of around 62,000 USD. Still a hefty price for a car, and that's why in Japan it isn't considered a car often bought by Highschoolers.

Honda made the NSX at first specifically for the American Market in mind, under their US Market-focused Sub-brand named Acura.
However the introduction of this mid-engine sports car pretty much blew the entire world's mind, despite the 3.0 Liter V6 Engine producing roughly about 270 - 290 hp, It was able to keep up and in many cases, consistently beat established supercar brands in the 1990s, most notably Ferrari's offering with the 348 and the later F355. And in cases, the Lamborghini Diablo on a more technical and twisty race tracks.

Now you may have noticed I've been throwing around the word 'Sports car' and 'Supercar' a lot, but where exactly the NSX falls under?

And to be quite honest, I don't know either. At the time of it's debut, it was practically beating supercars left and right, but most people call it a Sports car.

So... I guess it's just a very fast sports car, developed by Honda while they're on a generational run to show the world that they can build cars faster than Civics and Accords, and co-developed by a world renowned F1 Driver.
