Describe your activity on the server:, my activity fluctuates weekly. One week, I might log on everyday for upwards of 5 hours, and manage to keep active, however, other weeks, I may work more shifts, be swamped with assignments and genuinely not have the time for it everyday. Don't be alarmed! I've managed to uphold the workflow of quotas in many factions, as listed below. What is your motivation for applying?
While this is extremely common, I genuinely miss the faction. While theres majority of fresh faces, the nostalgia and feeling of being apart of such studying medicine, in specific cardiology. Mia Kagami is a familiar face, and I've tweaked and aligned her with who I want to play. I want a restart, fresh hospital set, fresh character, but the same determination to be the best. I miss feeling the adrenaline when I had to dig to the bottom of my thoughts to remember correct procedures, and the right actions to use properly. It was a blast and unfortunately I took it for granted and the time flew by way too fast!With the not so new, renovated hospital, came with a bunch of new features as well as models that I want to experience first-hand! The faction seems as though it's changed drastically, and I want to apart of it.Not only that, but the EMS faction aligns with my future career - while I am not studying to be a cardiothoracic surgeon. I have an interest in the medical field and it is definitely something I want to take seriously.

What knowledge do you have of the roles within the Hospital Faction?
Across three main departments, emergency, psychiatry and doctors, Hospital is your primary go-to source of medical attention. Each employee here specially trained, from patching up a laceration, to prescribing you medication. Whatever you can think of, Karakura Hospital tends to it.Hierarchical Structure· Hospital DirectorThe head of the entire hospital. Overseeing everyone, like a silent hawk. The director directs the hospital, and trusts the department leads to run each department. Responsible for the entire faction.· Department Leads → Chief Paramedic, Doctor Clinical Lead, Psychiatry Clinical LeadEach lead, overseeing their respective department plays a vital role in the hospitals food-chain, while they don't direct the hospital, they're responsible for what happens in their department. They oversee issues in their own department, and work for the Director to ensure everything is running smoothly throughout the hospital.· Clinical SupervisorsClinical Supervisors are almost stand-in's, they fulfill the role of the Clinical Leads or Chief Paramedic when they're out. It's in the name as well, supervisor. Supervising across the department as somewhat of the Co-Lead. These Doctors have typically garnered the skill and mastered what it takes to become an extraordinary doctor.· Attending PhysiciansThe mark that you've officially made it. Now that you're an attending, you're training-free, and ready to tackle whatever is thrown your way! Whether you're dealing with emergency trauma's, or tending to wounds. You've made it.· ResidentsAfter completion and successfully passing their exam, they now have a smaller sense of independence. Hooray! While they're not yet able to freely perform anything they'd like, they've moved themselves up the food chain.· TraineesBottom of the faction food chain, the grunts. These trainees are almost like premies. The first two weeks of their time here at Karakura. Studying, note-taking, and attending trainings. They work until they drop dead. Often supervised by higher-ups, their every move leads up to their resident exam.Do you acknowledge that if training is held whilst you are online, you are expected to attend or you will be punished?I acknowledge I am to be held accountable and recieve punishment if I do not comply with faction rules, including the one above.

It's a puzzle piece that he's trying to figure out, except any mistake might cost him a life. The adrenaline. He runs off it.
