COMPANY OVERVIEW
1. What type of company are you applying for? (Business or Shop):
I am applying for a brick and mortar shop!
2. What will the companyโs name be?:
Panda's Patisserie
3. What kinds of services or items will your company offer?:
I want my company to primarily be a bakery/cafe providing classic pasteries/sweets and coffee
These are just some types of items I was hoping to have implemented.

These are just some types of items I was hoping to have implemented.
4. How will your company be unique?:
I want my company to not only be a hub for sweet treats but also a sort of social connection spot for small hangouts with friends, because I believe that cafes can be a great place to socialize with new people and make interesting RP opportunities.
Whether it's a student sitting alone to study the homework they got that day. Or a group of police officers on their break after a difficult morning. I feel like there's a way to make a homey/new player friend roleplay environment that doesn't seem overwhelming to be a part of.
5. Where do you plan for your building to be located?:
I want the store to be located in a more neighborhood-like part of town, if possible, to give the business a "mom and pop" type of impression. I was also thinking if it would be possible to have maybe one pop-up stand in a shopping district that has the possibility open on in-game weekends. (think like those hot dog stands but for croissants and whatnot!)
6. Do you have a designated builder for your companyโs building?:
I do not at the moment besides myself.
7. Please show at least 5 references for the exterior and interior of your company building:
Exterior:
I like the idea of having a standout color for the exterior to make it pop and give an inviting tone with an overhang over the exterior side display window.
Interior:
1. I would like to have an open floor space that accommodates room for customers to view the different clear and open display cases as shown in the first image
2. Then, after the customer checks out, I want them to feel like a natural lead from the display area to the seating area, where there are different seating arrangement options for customers (Booth seats, single tables, tables that fit 2-6 people, if that makes sense??, and a small single outside seating table, possibly)
8. How do you intend to stay active?:
I hope to have different "pop-up" events, for example, one in a more shopping district-like area and a pop-up at different school functions/events if it were deemed plausible.
9. How will you pay your employees?:
At the moment, I am not totally sure, but I want to be able to make sure employees earn a percentage of how much they've worked during a month based on how much income the cafรฉ is able to bring in as a whole. I also want to make working a pop-up optional for employees, so that employees who work those events get some sort of bonus for working the event.
10. How many employees will you hire, and what will their roles be?:
At the moment I can only think of 4 different types of roles I may need to feed

11. Will there be uniforms?:
The only requirement I want to have for a uniform is to be wearing a simple apron.

Female: (I want the female uniform to be more of a replica of the male uniform but I couldn't find any exact reference images)
