Why are you interested in joining the Spirit Team?:
The spirit team and lore with the rules has interested me, in real life I had always believed the occult or supernatural were mysterious that has never been looked at before and is meant to be never fully understood by people.
How did you learn about the server?:
I heard about it from friends.
How do you interpret the role of the Spirit Team, and what are its responsibilities within the server?:
In your own words, explain how spirits, vessels, and occultists differ mechanically and narratively.
The Spirit Team role with it's rules and capabilities are limited by not just rules itself, but also by nature and a force that is grounded in spirits themself. Responsibilities a role are what makes ghosts have that mystery and flaw that is but not similar to humans, or mortals. Vessels, from what I understand are people thar possess powers from a ghost that can let them see into the spiritual realm and can only affect others of the same category, spirits are ghostly figures that could curse, grant blessings, and curse those who push spiritual figures too far. However, not every spirit is kinda or unforgiving, it's simple of 'if' or 'when' they are truly evil or benevolent. The occultists are people in the world, just like priests in the church, use exorcism to repel or cast a spirit back into the afterlife, or to keep them away from certain areas. Like homes or a monastery. However, unlike spirits that can curse or bless, occultists have to manually bless or curse through objects like straw dolls and paper talismans.
What is the purpose of resonant tools, and why must they be reviewed or signed by the Spirit Team?:
Resonant tools are spiritual manifestations, however any seasonal occultist can make their own/construct items. These items can ward, bless, or give resistance to mental attacks. These items and tools are to help the mortal world be unaffected by the supernatural.
You are reviewing a Spiritโs application to have Vessels, it is well-written, but slightly exceeds mechanical limits. How do you respond?:
Remove parts of the well written mechanics but keep those that are great and fit with the servers rules and limitations. If there is continuity in the overall application, then I'll re-read the application again and ask the person to change some things.
How would you handle an application that follows mechanics perfectly but is weak in lore or creativity?:
Give great and consistent advice to best to my ability but if I can't come up with something in the process, then I'll ask another staff member to help me with aiding the person behind the form.
How do you ensure fairness when reviewing applications from friends or familiar players?:
Read the application repeatedly for clarification and just to double check, then review the rules once more then give clear information on what is required and what is not. That way fairness is ensured the best way possible, if there is something missing, review and give the m
