DanTDM, Ish, and many Minecraft creators inspired me growing up. What inspires me most is their ability to turn simple gameplay into engaging stories and entertaining videos that people genuinely enjoy watching. I always wanted to create that same feeling for others!

VIDEO EDITORS
What software do you use to record and edit? Record: OBS Studio, edit: DaVinci Resolve Studio and Capcut for shortform. For thumbnails I use Photopea, Photoshop and Mine-imator.
What content do you enjoy making most?
(e.g. Cinematic storytelling, Skits, Training videos, Montages, etc.) I enjoy making skits, cinematic storytelling, tutorials and informational videos. In one meme instance I recreated anime scenes in a goofy way (not fully storytelling but yeah in a meme way I guess, more like skits)
I haven't made montages or training videos yet but that is something I want to do in the future!
While my portfolio mainly showcases comedic YouTube content, I'm comfortable adapting my editing style depending on the project's needs. I've wanted to explore more cinematic storytelling and server-focused content for a while, and I'm confident I can create videos that match the tone you're looking for.
Where would you say your strengths lie as an editor? Making my videos funny and entertaining to watch. I pay close attention to pacing, music, sound effects, subtitles, and visual timing to keep viewers engaged throughout the video. I also enjoy finding creative ways to explain information visually rather than relying only on narration. I know where to make music fade out or reappear to add tension or comedic effect to a scene. I also pay attention to keeping edits clean and purposeful, making sure every cut, transition, or effect adds something to the video instead of distracting from it.
Do you have any experience editing for roleplay servers, content creators, or similar communities? Only through creating content for my own YouTube channels, where I've planned, recorded, edited, and published videos entirely by myself from start to finish.
How can I best support you so you can excel in your role? The biggest help would be having a clear creative direction before I begin editing. Knowing the intended tone, target audience, and purpose of the video allows me to make better editing decisions from the start. I also appreciate feedback throughout the process so I can make adjustments early if needed.
How do you prefer to receive feedback or revision requests? I'd like to receive feedback through DMs, calls, or screen sharing. Maybe after a large editing session but sometimes in the middle of it too so that I know I'm in the right direction and I am working towards what you want to see. As I'd rather receive feedback early than realize something needs changing after finishing an entire edit.
Do you work better on multiple projects at once, or one at a time? I generally prefer focusing on one project at a time so I can give it my full attention. However, occasionally working on multiple projects can also spark creative ideas between them.
limitations we should be aware of? Starting October I will not be available from Monday through Friday from 8 am - 4pm CEST other than that I'll be completely available!

Although most of my previous work focused on entertaining YouTube content, I'm excited to adapt my editing style to fit the needs of the server. I'm always looking to improve, I enjoy learning new techniques, and I genuinely appreciate constructive feedback because it helps me become a better editor.

I never have and never will copy someone's work, I'm way too passionate about making a good video so I can say: "wow that came all from me." (I might take inspiration like my recreating anime scenes is inspired by travdesu's video but with completely different scenes, humor and jokes!)
