What would you like us to call you?:
Karma
How old are you?:
17
Do you have a functional Microphone?:
Yes
What is your timezone & How would you describe your activity?:
-PST -
At the moment, I'm not a beat tester on the server, so my activity is zero! However, this will change when I gain access to the server. Fair warning that I may be busy at times, I run my own business for retexturing models or adding assets to them/blender edits, which means my availability can vary especially as the end of the school year comes closing in. That said, I will always make an effort to log in whenever possible, and when I do, I typically stay for several hours at a time.
As for my schedule - it really isn't very consistent, but I'm confident in my ability to meet quota requirements and be present when needed. Time Zones aren't a concern, considering I can stay up as late as 3AM. The only times I'm typically unavailable are Sundays and during my in person classes, which run from 7Am to 4Pm pst.
What is your motivation to apply to the Norowarejima Hospital Faction?:
My main motivation for applying to the Norowarejima Hospital Faction is to expand my roleplay experience and support a new server while being part of the foundation that shapes the faction. On another Minecraft RP server, I was heavily involved in the criminal side of things, that is until I decided to try out for the Police Department in the other server. After immersing myself in crime RP and exploring every angle of it, I found myself drawn to the law enforcement area and fell in love with the intensity and depth it offered. I have no doubt that EMS will be just as engaging.
Continuing further, I've also come to realize that I genuinely and truly enjoy roleplaying as a character who helps others, especially in those tense situations. While I donโt have an extensive medical background, I thrive in an immersive, dynamic roleplay that encourages character development, teamwork, and problem solving. The hospital faction presents the perfect opportunity to interact with a wide range of characters while contributing to the serverโs overall realism.
ROLE-SPECIFIC QUESTIONS & MEDICAL TRIVIA
[This section is dedicated to testing your knowledge on the medical field.]
โโโโโโหโบโงโโฝโฏโพโโงโบหโโโโโโ
What role would you prefer and why?:
Preferably the Psychiatry Department. I feel most confident in this area, as I have some knowledge of psychology and understand the crucial role mental health plays in everyday life. I believe I can bring a compelling perspective to psychiatric roleplay and create meaningful character interactions that adds a touch of depth and genuine realism within the server.
Do you have any prior experience with MedicalRP?:
Honestly, I donโt have much experience with MedicalRP aside from the basics like . . sewing up cuts, bandaging wounds to prevent bleeding out, and some psychology related interactions. However, Iโm eager to learn and adapt to more complex medical roleplay in order to make a difference.
Are you aware that with MedicalRP comes the possibility of encountering possibly triggering topics?:
Yes, I'm very well aware of this. I have no topics that cause triggers, so I'm alright on that part.
How well can you coordinate with a team during Roleplay?:
I consider myself highly cooperative in team based roleplay. Being part of a police department on another server has only strengthened my ability to work efficiently in structured, high-pressure situations. My experience in CrimeRP has also helped me develop quick decision making and adaptability, both of which are essential in a team environment!
MEDICAL TRIVIA

(PHYSIOLOGY)
If someone is experiencing a reaction to food poisoning, what is the correct way to manage and treat the symptoms?:
The correct way to manage and treat these symptoms is to ensure you keep the patient hydrated and monitor their symptoms. Food poisoning comes from eating contaminated food, which leads to nausea, vomiting, and stomach pain. To keep the patient hydrated ensure to provide them with enough fluids, water, broth, or an oral rehydration solution- really anything with electrolytes.
If the patient is too nauseous to drink much at once, small sips can help so much, otherwise you may administer IV fluids. There are, of course other options such as medicine, but only if its not a bacterial infection because sometimes your body just has to flush it out naturally.
What procedure would you follow if you witness a patient experiencing a seizure?:
During a seizure, itโs so very important to remove any nearby objects that could cause injury after that step you can place the patient on their side to prevent choking. During the event of a seizure NEVER restrain them or put anything in their mouth. Seizure duration should always be timedโif it lasts longer than five minutes, EMS is needed.
What procedure would you follow if a patient that has entered the hospital has a broken forearm?:
When treating a patient with a broken forearm, the first step is to evaluate the severity of the break. The arm should be placed in a splinter to prevent further movement, and pain relief should be provided as needed. An X-ray would then be done to determine the seriousness of the injury before proceeding with either a cast or surgery
What procedure would you follow if a patient enters the hospital struggling to breathe?:
The first step is to check for any airway obstructions. Beyond that, assessing potential underlying causes like asthma, and allergic reactions! If you believe an allergic reaction is the culprit, administering an EpiPen may be necessary before the situation gets severe.
(PSYCHIATRY)
A patient is experiencing a panic attack before an important procedure. How would you assist the patient?
I would calmly guide them through grounding techniques, such as deep breathing exercises, and offer reassurance. Adjusting the environment to make them feel more comfortable and reminding them that they are in a safe place, however this can be different for every patient as some just prefer silence and being alone.
A belligerent patient in the middle of a psychotic episode stumbles into the emergency room. What should you do?
The first step is to attempt de-escalation by speaking in a calm and non-threatening manner. If the patient poses a danger to themselves or others, security may need to be involved to ensure everyoneโs safety.
Which neurotransmitter is most commonly associated with depression
I believe this may be Serotonin? I'm not entirely confident with that answer.
What does the Acronym [PTSD] stand for, and what does it entail
PTSD is the short term for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder! This is a mental health condition that people often develop after experiencing traumatic events. The most common symptoms when experiencing PTSD include flashbacks, hypervigilance, emotional numbness, and avoidance behaviors.

The Hospital Director takes a seat at their desk, clasping their hands together with a calm gaze as they greet the individual. Their desk is clean and pristine, aside from a half-filled tea cup that continues to steam, giving the room a lovely aroma.
He bows respectfully towards the Director, the motion fluid yet full of respect. With grace, he takes a seat across from them, his attire sharp, embodying confidence and meticulous car. His posture, flawless with a mix of composed ease and unwavering determination. His gaze met theirs.
โGood afternoon. I will be conducting your interview today. Could I have your full name as well as your age and date of birth, please?โ
He nodded as he listened, his expression nothing but calm. Once they finished speaking, he responded smoothly, his tone calm yet undeniably professional. - "Good afternoon. It's a pleasure to finally make your acquaintance. I'm Sinner Takahashi, 33 years old, born on August 15th, 1991," The words left his lips with a quiet assurance, each word precise, leaving no room for mistake.
โVery nice. Now, could you tell me a little more about yourself? Do you have a family, perhaps some motivations behind why youโd like to work here?โ
"With pleasure, I have family who live back in Karakura. I have quite a few motivations behind why I'd like to work here. Firstly, the opportunity to expand my professional connections and make a lasting impact in a city that holds many unique individuals and opportunities. Beyond that, my experience in leadership and conflict resolution aligns well with the hospital's vision for growth and efficiency. Lastly, the importance of ensuring stability and safety, especially within a community as diverse as Karakura, resonates with my personal values, shaped by my upbringing."
He paused, allowing his thoughts to continue flowing for a moment, before speaking once more.
"Moreover, my desire to help people is one of my biggest motives. I've always believed in making a difference, no matter the scale, and I see this position as a way to do just that. Not to mention, the idea of venturing into a new career path is both exciting and motivating. A fresh breath of air that could potentially improve my skills and knowledge. I'm always seeking growth, always looking for new challenges that push me to be better, and this hospital, with its dedication to care and innovation, seems like the perfect environment to foster that." He adjusted his posture, the subtle movement giving an air of some sort of contemplation beofre he met with Director's gaze again, unwavering.
โWould you like us to refer to you by your surname or first name? As well as what honorifics youโd like.โ
(San, Chan, Kun, Shi, etc.)
"Takahashi-San should be just fine."
The director nods in affirmation, now understanding the type of person the individual was and readjusts their posture, taking a sip of that aromatic green tea before continuing to speak.
